Chandrima Das

Chandrima is an individual and couples therapist who creates a supportive, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. She sees her role as a compass rather than a captain—helping you find your own direction rather than steering it for you. Her work is primarily client-centred and integrates process-oriented, somatic, and relational approaches. In her sessions, she moves away from one-size-fits-all solutions, focusing instead on asking the right questions and engaging in collaborative exploration to support meaningful, personalised change.

Over the past three years, Chandrima has had the privilege of working with clients in India and overseas, helping them focus on personal growth and healing. Her practice is grounded on understanding each person’s unique circumstances free from labels or judgments.

Outside of therapy, Chandrima enjoys playing the piano, making art, reading, watching thrillers, and pursuing new discoveries. One of her intellectual pursuits involves learning about the philosophy of existentialism. She loves listening to people’s stories over a flavourful cup of tea, and would be happy to be a part of yours.
